Managing Partner

Stuart is the Founding and Managing Partner of CTI Housing, a real estate acquisition, development and management firm focusing on multi-family residential housing projects. He is also the Co-Founding and Managing Partner of SLS Enterprises, a family-owned real estate development firm focused primarily on building luxury homes on the Westside of Los Angeles.

Stuart previously served as the Founding and Managing Partner of Liner LLP, a 75 lawyer law firm with offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco and New York, before merging with DLA Piper in 2017.

Stuart has a BA from San Diego State University and a JD from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. He has served as a Board Member on a number of civic leadership and public interest organizations that particularly focus in the area of education. and presently serves on the Board of Trustees of both Loyola Marymount University and Loyola Law School.
