The Monte Vista is a $114M, 12 acre, 348 unit, multifamily residential community, which is CTI Housing’s first project in the California Central Valley. The Monte Vista is a Joint Venture Agreement between CTI Housing and The Pacific Companies, a national leader in affordable, workforce, and market rate housing.

The development is situated on Monte Vista Boulevard, the City’s busiest thoroughfare, and across the street from the California State University (CSU) Stanislaus, one of the fastest growing CSU’s statewide. The project is located in a high demand market for housing, as Turlock has a residential vacancy rate of less than 2% citywide.

The building is a mix of studios, one, two, and three bedroom apartments designed to meet the needs of a diverse set of constituencies who want to live in the community, including students, faculty, university staff, visiting professors, and families.
