Housing complex breaks ground near Aggie Square

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Sacramento city officials broke ground on a housing complex set to include 196 units near Aggie Square. Stockton Gateway, a $15 million project, is being developed by College Town International (CTI Housing) and is expected to complete construction by late 2026. The developers joined Sacramento City Council members and partners of the Aggie Square project for the groundbreaking ceremony in early December.

Permits Filed for Remington at 3738 Stockton Boulevard, Sacramento

Permits have been filed for a new four-story mixed-use project along Sacramento’s burgeoning Stockton Boulevard close to UC Davis’s medical center. The proposal, named Remington, would replace a vacant parcel between Stockton Boulevard and 47th Street with dozens of homes and new retail space. College Town International LLC, a Los Angeles-based development company, is building a five-story, 194-unit complex at the site of the former Arbor motel on St. Louis Street. The site, a mostly vacant lot for over a decade, is adjacent to The Old Glass Place and across the street from the Discovery Center of Springfield Inc.
