One of the keys to success for CTI is its knowledge of local communities, and the ability to build a groundswell of support for our projects. This enables us to achieve substantial value creation as we take raw land, often in urban, infill locations and entitle for new, fully amenitized projects near campuses.

In 2017, the U.S. Senate passed SB 293 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, which created Qualified Opportunity Zones (QOZ), offering substantial tax benefits to investors deploying capital into underserved markets. CTI is at the forefront of this opportunity, utilizing its relationships in local markets to deploy significant capital into these QOZ's.
