Brian started in the real estate industry in 1989 with Watt luxury homes in Santa Monica , CA, has developed dozens of single-family and mixed-use projects in the Los Angeles area, and has been president of a general contracting company in Los Angeles since 1997 building luxury estates, mixed-use projects, multi-family and medical TI projects. Brian’s knowledge of construction assemblies and expertise on site working with GC’s has made him a valuable Owners Representative for the CTI team to both identify problematic design during early development and also working as a conduit between ownership team and the GC’s in the field.
